Here we are at our weekly appointment in the kitchen together with Chef Alex, exploring Italy one dish at time! This week we are going to revisit a great summer dish from Tuscany: Insalata panzanella.

Insalata panzanella its not your ordinary boring salad: its a leaves less option, fresh and packed with flavors and its absolutely perfect for picnics!

金枪鱼面包沙拉食材新鲜,营养均衡,香气浓郁。绝对是夏季野炊必备佳肴。

So, being this one the recipe for a salad you must be very careful to all the passages. Ready?

要想做好沙拉的话必须要认真仔细做好每一个步骤。准备好了吗?

chop everything! Cherry tomatoes, basil, cucumber, red onion and bread, all chopped and diced up nice and put everything together in a mixing bowl.

把所有需要切的食材都切好!圣女果、紫苏叶、黄瓜、洋葱和面包,把它们全部切丁,大小匀称,放入碗中,摆放美观一些。

mix all the ingredients, add a bit of tuna and shred the mozzarella cheese by hands. Mix it together with the rest and pour a generous swirl of olive oil and red wine vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

把所有食材拌匀,加上金枪鱼和手撕的中雪球奶酪,倒入调好的油醋汁,撒上盐和胡椒粉。

mix again and set aside for 15 minutes to let the bread soak up all the flavors.

再次混合均匀,放至15分钟,让所有味道都浸入到面包里。

put in a serving plate. Finish it up with more tuna on top, a few basil leaves and a swirl of olive oil!

把拌好的沙拉放到盘子里,最上面再放些金枪鱼、紫苏叶和橄榄油作为装饰。
